Meet our Team
Our highly trained and certified ESL specialists are here to assist you in serving your English Learners (ELs). We offer both in-person and virtual ESL services and operate in a variety of placements and schools across Franklin, York, and Adams counties. We provide direct ELD instruction, coaching, training, and support to best meet your needs and serve your ELs.

JOIN OUR TITLE III CONSORTIUM!
Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 supports districts and schools in our region through our Title III Consortium, which promotes best instructional practices, equity, and inclusion for ELs and their families. We offer professional development, ELD coaching and consultation, federal program compliance support, supplemental materials, access to a complimentary ESL Lending Library, a comprehensive resource page, growth attainment reports, and family and community engagement reimbursement. OUR SERVICES
At Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12, we collaborate with certified educational translators, interpreters, and cultural navigators to support ELs and their families in navigating the educational system and community. We offer in-person, virtual, phone, or cultural navigation sessions in the various languages listed on our flyer below as well as trainings for multilingual individuals. We are happy to assist with any of your needs. Please use the request form below or contact Barb or Araceli directly with any questions or concerns.

Our hotline will provide you with immediate access to Araceli, if she is available, to assist you with phone translation. For all other interpretation requests, please submit them through our Request Form below.
