Judging Criteria: 

• Creativity 

  • Students can be creative not only with their build but the reusable materials.

• Teamwork 

  • Teamwork will be scored accordingly. Students may have to work individually on a section to be put into the team project. Should there be an individual student, points will not be deducted and an extra scoring category will be provided to the judges. 

• Challenge Success 

  • Does the prototype work or function the way it was intended to. 

• Design 

  • Did the teams develop an original design or improve upon something that exists, this also ties into creativity. 

• Presentation (recorded presentation, notebook, and blueprint)

  • Make sure the presentation is clean, concise, and submitted on-time, all documents are typed and included for the final review. Double check spelling and grammar judges will doc points.
