Welcome to my Jaguar Leadership Network [JLN] ePortfolio.
Jaguar Leadership Network is a Scholarship program which is centered around creating better leaders and students. The program is two years and during year one you learn about your strengths and weaknesses, so that during your second year you can participate in an engaged learning experience and apply what you have learned. The purpose of this site is to share my engaged learning experience and my personal growth.

I am passionate about furthering my education because I feel education is a key aspect of personal and career growth. Seeing the way I have been able to grow as a person from furthering my education has been something that i've cherished in my three years as a student. Programs such as Jaguar Leadership Network allow me to connect to my peers and my unknown strengths. Choosing a major such as Human Resources allows me to continue learning in the workplace. Rules and regulations are constantly changing and with working in HR, I will have to learn and adapt as things change.
