As the year advanced and I learned more and more from the other members of my lab, I was able to begin working on my own research project. I became very interested in the differences in how Parkinson's patients are affected based on their demographics. Because of the available demographics observed in the patients on our EMR, it was decided that gender would be the most appropriate parameter. The results are listed in the following figure.
