This website is one of the many ways to get to know me and my abilities through a virtual world. Throughout this website you will be able to find different examples of my work from writing and photographs to some of my very own designs that I have been working on. Along with some of my work you will also be able to get to know me and know who I am and why I am that way. I am hoping that this virtual website allows you to get a better view of my perspective and the understanding of my capabilities within my career and what I am able to accomplish with them.
Sports has always been a major part of my life. Ever since I was a little girl, I was kicking around a soccer ball or dribbling a basketball and haven't stopped since. Because sports have been a part of my life for so long, I wanted to make it a part of my career as well. As I continue my path to graduation in the Spring of 2025 at Indiana University Southeast, I am continuing my love for sports through the major Journalism, Media, and Strategic Communication. This allows me to stay connected with sports but also be able to show my creative skills through writing and multimedia communication.
Being a part of basketball has been such a major part of my entire life and has been a part of shaping me into the young women I am today. It has taught me the definition of hard work, learning how to become a leader, discipline, and how to work as a team to be successful. But it has also taught me what going through true failure is and how to persevere through adversity to overcome that failure.
I love working and volunteering my time with kids. I had an amazing opportunity to return to my high school (New Albany High School) and speak to the girls' basketball team about what it takes to get to the next level and what adversities you may go through during your time at college on and off the court.
