Since Orange County has a confirmed positive case, we know that the virus is here. Still, Do NOT panic, but please DO heed the warnings and STAY home and self-quarantine, except in cases of an actual emergency. If you have severe shortness of breath then you or someone you are with should call the hospital first to let them know you are coming, rather than just showing up to the ER.
