My name is Maya El-Chal and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I am a sophomore triple majoring in Biology, Neuroscience, and Psychology. Although I have not decided what I want to specialize in yet, I am on the premed track and am hoping to go into pediatrics in either neurology, oncology or hematology. For my LHSI internship, I will be working at Riley Children's Hospital with Dr. Scott L. Coven, and he focuses on cancer survivorship, as well as both public and global health.
