As a communication studies major, I want to learn skills related to effective messaging, interpersonal interactions, and problem-solving, with a clear goal of applying these abilities in the hospitality or hotel industry. My college journey is focused on understanding how to create seamless and positive experiences for guests, leveraging strong communication strategies to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently.
