Is there any cost to attend the camp?

No. Due to the generous contributions of the Legacy Foundation, IU Affinity Giving and, the camp is no cost to students.

Is transportation provided to the camp?

All participants are responsible for providing transportation to and from the campus. Transportation for the field trip will be provided from the campus.

I have been accepted into the program. What's next?

Acceptance letters will be sent out on a rolling basis. Confirmation of participation is due by June 13th. Failure to confirm, will result in forfeiture of your spot in the program.

I'm waitlisted. When will I be notified if I am accepted into the program?

Participants will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. The initial confirmation is June 13th. Participants will be contacted from the waitlist on a first come, first serve basis until June 20th, as space provides. Students on the waitlist will have 3 days to confirm their participation.

Will there be supervision?

Participants will be under experienced supervision at all times.

Will participants be exposed to potentially upsetting content?

Some topics that will be covered may cause mental stress. If content becomes too difficult to handle, students may be excused from the activity. They will be accompanied by an event staff member to a safe location, until the activity is concluded.
