While most work is done independently, there are opportunities to provide feedback and contribute to group efforts. I feel like a part of the team, while still primarily focusing on my individual responsibilities.

The staff is friendly, approachable, and always willing to answer questions, creating a supportive environment. I appreciate how welcoming and down-to-earth everyone is, which has made it easy to adapt and feel comfortable in the role.
