Futuristic

This strength is one of innovation and passion. The ability to see the world through a lense of vision and optimism. I will utilize this strenth in my professional life by seeing the possibilties and opportunities for whatever company I work for.

Competition

Compeition is described as a strength of comparison. Comparing yourself to others or comparing yourself to a vision you have of yourself. Above all else, competition is the strength that I would say influences me the most. In my professional and personal life, competition has shown to be my biggest motivator and will most likely continue to be so.

Activator

Activator is the strength of action. The ability to start something when you want to start something or when something needs to be started is extremely valuable. I would describe my self as an enthusiastic "go-getter". When I have an urge or idea that I feel is benefitial or necessary I will follow that inclination and attempt to succeed to the best of my ability.

Command

Command is the strength of influence and taking charge in situations. The ability to take authority in a situation and progress. This strength is somewhat suprising for me as I wouldn't guess command is one of my strengths. I would not describe myself as an influential or authoritive figure, however when a situation calls for it, I will do my best to take charge.
