CSLEC Impact Survey

The 2022-2023 CSLEC Impact Survey is closed.  Information for the 2024-2025 Survey will be released during Fall 2024.

This is part of a study to measure the collective impact of services offered by student-run eye services nationwide as part of a patient safety-net system. We will need responses from ONE student leader for each participating student-run free clinic.
