CSLEC Impact Survey

The CSLEC Impact Survey is now open!

This is part of a study to measure the collective impact of services offered by student-run eye services nationwide as part of a patient safety-net system. We will need responses from ONE student leader for each participating student-run free clinic. The link to the survey is here. The flyer below also contains the survey link and more information on the study.

Responses are needed by November 30th, 2022.
