About Me

For my college education I am seeking to earn a bachelor's degree of science in business, focusing in Human Resources Management. Since a young age I have been very social and constantly around people. I have always been energized by those interactions and especially having the opportunity to invest in the betterment of someone. I have realized that I want to help lead companies' to success by building up the culture and the people.

During my second semester of college I wanted to branch out to grow my professionalism and increase my sphere of influence so I decided to seek out others with a similar mindset as myself. That semester I went through the initiation process for the business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi: Kappa Sigma chapter here at IUPUI. I have since attained the position of Vice President of Professional Activities helping to connect fellow chapter members with various ways to grow their professional profile; resume, internships, and work-place skills. With this opportunity I have been able to connect with professionals and build deeper relationships with my fellow chapter members through working with them to develop their skills and help them achieve their professional goals.

In my college experience I have solidified my desire for leadership and working closely with people and investing in their development. I believe working as a Human Resource Manager will provide those personal satisfactions and give me a zeal for my work each day.
