Ddareungi is a rental bike service loved by residents in Seoul, South Korea. How are different variables related to the demand? An analytics project using Python. Data cleaning, transformation, visualization, hypothesis testing, ANOVA, modeling, and regression model selection to provide useful insights about Ddareungi's demand, ultimately contributing to optimize the availability of rental bikes and minimize wait times.

Recommended to senior management a new B2B market to enter, with a list of 60 sales leads in Seoul, after extensive cold-calling, industry research, informational interviews, and financial analysis.
