Each project featured on our platform has aline of professional services. The overall goal is to help bridge the gap between development opportunities and eager investors.

We heavily emphasize community building and partner with stakeholders with aligned interests; building communities for the community.

We don’t charge or impose any referral fees so that you as the partner get the bottom dollar for services renders to allow Real Estate developers to get best price.

Facilitation Fees

REIM values our partners and stakeholders, therefore fees for use of platform are as followed:

1% for Wholesale and Private Transactions- All Wholesale Transactions will be facilitated either directly with the seller or directly to the wholesaler who holds the contract, guaranteed by Recipient if not paid by Seller.

Commission Fees

Reim Is not a real estate brokerage company. are a referral. To ensure wil protection though the process we partner with real estate brokerage firms.

Special Note: Typically sellers pay the commission to the buyer's agent, therefore this is not an additional fee, but rather industry practice.
