Program Schedule

Participant Capacity : Minimum 18 – Maximum 30

*The program is cancelled if the number of applicants does not reach the minimum number of participant.

*The application will be closed once we reach the capacity of participants. (First-come and first- served basis)

*The maximum capacity will be subject to change, depending on the accommodation availability.

Payment Deadline: January 5, 2026

Online payment with a credit card through the Kindai online system (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club and American Express are available.)

※The payment instruction will be provided later to program participants.

Please prepare the following information and documents before completing the Google Form:

• The latest official certificate of enrollment in English

• The latest official transcript in English

• A copy of passport (The biographical page)

• ID Photo (JPEG or PNG)

Accommodation

Location：9 minutes'walk to Kindai University

 　　　　12 minutes' walk to "Mibu" station on Kintetsu Osaka Line.

Grocery stores, Convenience stores and drugstores are located within a few minutes walk.

Cafeteria, Communal Kitchen, Lounge, Study Room

-Rooms

Single room (Wi-fi, private bathroom, Desk, Chair, Closet, Bed with linens, Fridge, Washing machine, Microwave, Tabletop IH Cooking Heater, Electric kettle, Rice cooker)

*Kitchen utensils and plates/cutlery need to be prepared by a resident.

*No smoking.
