This research study is presented to generate change sourced from the community. This collaboration seeks to answer one primary question and three secondary questions:
PQ: How can organizational change be implemented to improve the PEI structure?
SQ 1: How is the current PEI structure ineffective?
SQ 2: How does quality of care play an important role in use?
SQ 3: How do the five presented quality of care concerns effect PEI treatment outcomes?
Complete the combination of questionnaires that you wish to complete and email the responses to get the incentives. Must complete at least two questionnaires (For the Sound MIND program you must complete each of the questionnaires):
Prevention, Education and Intervention questionnaire,
and any other questionnaire
You may begin completing the questionnaires at any time after acceptance of the privacy policy, NDA and informed consent. The focus group questionnaires takes about 30 minutes each, or slightly over 2.5 hour total and the screening (Black Jack Bibb Scale(c), about 30 min) and assessment (Bibb Subjective Trait Measure(c), about 2 hours) take roughly 2.5 hours to complete totaling 5 hours. All participants will receive 3 free eBooks and a stress ball as an incentive for participation in this focus group. Participation is considered the sign up and completion of the screening process. In addition, when supplies are available, one Android Tv Stick or gift card will be given to two participants as an additional incentive.
This study was created to evaluate completely different groups of people across a similar line of questioning. As a result, some of the questions may not apply to you, however, you must answer the questions honestly so that we may compare the differences in the responses between the groups as a whole and individually to make improvements for each group represented.
Use the same email to complete each of the questionnaires. The email address is the form of communication that will be used to interact regarding the study incentives or additional questions. You will need to provide the name, date of birth, phone number (optional form of communication), and home address and the incentives will be mailed to you.
