Youth Workes selected through the Open Call will participate in an online training programme designed to explore the themes of the New European Bauhaus and their application in Youth Centers. The programme is inteded to support participants in developing concrete ideas that can be further refined during the NEB hackathon and implemented in youth centres.

Module structure
Each live session comprises two parts: a brief theoretical introduction and a longer hands-on component.
The first part aims to provide a general overview of the topic and introduce the practical work.
This will last about 40 minutes and will be conducted in English.In the second part of the session, participants will be divided into groups based on nationality to apply the principles they have learned to a real-world case study.
This will last about 1 hour and 20 minutes and will be conducted in the different national languages

For each session, supplementary materials in English will be shared both before and after the session.
These materials will help establish a common knowledge base before group work begins and will reinforce learning after the session is over.
