I'm working on the project from PM 6:00 to AM 3:00 (Asia/Tokyo) after my contract work is complete. The project is currently in the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development phase.

Frontend Development: We are currently developing the UI/UX for the GAIA app using Kotlin on Android Studio.
Backend Development: We are building dummy servers on Ubuntu via Hyper-V. This environment is strategically designed for a smooth future migration to GCP, ensuring our architecture is production-ready from the start.

Acquisition of Kotlin and Android Studio: I have learned the basic operations and development fundamentals of Kotlin and Android Studio, starting from zero experience.
GAIA's Foundational Architecture: I have already implemented the core components of GAIA, including fingerprint authentication for login, screen transitions via swiping, and the foundational framework for the chat interface.
Embodiment of Philosophy: Based on the philosophy of "love," I have successfully shaped GAIA's unique user experience, creating personalized screens and features like the "like" function for employees.

Design Enhancement: The current application prioritizes functionality over design. We need to improve the UI/UX to create a visually appealing interface that embodies GAIA's philosophy and captures our customers' hearts.
Backend Integration: While the screen mockups are complete, backend integration is not yet in place. Our next step is to implement the logic for communicating with the server and fetching data from the database to display in the app.
