I am a research scholar in the Department of Electrical Engineering of the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. I work in Analog IC design with a keen focus on RF IC. My current research focus is on designing a scalable THz imaging array. It includes finding solutions for chip interaction, power management, pixel designing and many more.
In July 2019, I graduated with an M.tech in the Department of Electronics Engineering from IIT BHU, Varanasi. I worked under the guidance of Dr Somak Bhattacharyya(IITBHU) and Prof. Akhlesh Lakhtakia (Pennsylvania State University) in the area of periodic structures, metasurfaces. I obtained my B. Tech. Degree in electronics and communications engineering from the Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur, in 2016. Between July 2019 and Dec 2020, I worked as a Guest Faculty at the Netaji Subhas University of Technology, Delhi, where I taught Analog and Digital Communication Systems.
