The information below includes details on the travel stipend and selection criteria for the 2026 ITA Cup:
A. Travel Stipend: The ITA will subsidize the round-trip airfare/driving expenses for select players who are participating in the 2026 ITA Cup. Singles and Doubles Regional Champions are eligible for travel reimbursement. Finalists will only receive travel reimbursement if the champion in the same region declines the invitation & does not travel to the event. At-Large selections are not eligible for travel reimbursement. Eligible athletes will receive up to $300 towards airfare. If a participant’s institution is located within a 250-mile radius of the Championship site or the participant is eligible to fly but chooses to drive, the participants will receive up to $150 in mileage reimbursement per player, not to exceed actual mileage. Mileage reimbursement will be calculated at the government rate of $0.76/mile.
B. Reimbursement process: Coaches must fill out their ITA Cup Expense form by November 30, 2026 and submit airfare receipts or vehicle mileage. Coaches will be reimbursed after the completion of the event.
C. Booking Process: ITA strongly recommends all flights be booked through Anthony Travel, the Official Travel Partner of the ITA. Call 877-284-2254. Players must physically travel to the event in order to receive reimbursement.
