Player and Coach Requirements - Immediately
Submit your singles or doubles commitment letter within 24 hours of the completion of your regional event
Read through the ITA Cup Event Hub Pages
Book hotel and travel
Player and Coach Requirements - Leading Up To The Event
Submit your ITA Cup Player Waiver by October 13 , 2025
Attend Mandatory Virtual Coaches Call on Monday, October 13
Complete the Coaches Contact form by October 13
Player and Coach Requirements - After The Event
Submit your travel reimbursement by November 30, 2025 (singles and doubles regional champions only). Late submissions will not be eligible for travel reimbursement.
*All participants must have a current 2025-2026 ITA Team Membership in order to participate in ITA sanctioned events
