Serve Tennis

This process is for College Tennis Club Team president’s and captain’s to onboard on the USTA Serve Tennis platform for their school profiles. All players will need a USTA account (FREE) to be listed on team pages and rosters. If players have had a USTA account as a junior they are NOT to create a new account, but to get access to their old account. If players can’t remember their login, they will need to contact customer care. Information on customer care is below. 

This platform can also be used by the teams for duel matches, creating rosters, helping with match play and more.

1. Claiming your school

   1. Send Jackie (jmarx@ita.usta.com) your email that is associated with your USTA account.

      1. If you DO NOT have an usta account, you will need to create one. You will go to usta.com and in the top right corner, you will click “join”

      2. Then send Jackie the email from that account.

      3. If you are unsure if you claimed your school, contact Jackie.

   2. Jackie will then send you the invitation to “claim” your school account to start your school profile. This will come from a no reply email address. Also check your spam folder.

   3. Then you will accept an invitation that will come to the email that is associated with your USTA account to claim.

2. Getting to your school page after you’ve claimed your school.

   1. You will go to this site- Tennis on Campus Team Profile

   2. You will click “sign in” and then search for your school.

   3. Once you have found your school and clicked on it, you will then see your team page.

3. What you can do on your team page. There are also step by step links to help if needed.

   1. Add/Remove Administrators

      1. If you would like to assign someone on your team to help with getting people in the system and making changes, you can invite them to do so.

   2. Create a team

      1. This is where you will create your rosters that will be used for tournaments that are using the Serve Tennis Platform (local, sectionals, invitationals, nationals.)

   3. Inviting players to team rosters

      1. Each player will need a USTA account to be added to the team rosters. Once you create a roster, you can send the link or they can scan QR code. 

      2. If you know they have a USTA account, you can look them up by USTA ID number or by the name on their account.
