MINIMUM NUMBER OF PLAYERS:
Each team participating in the Invitational must have available and eligible to play a minimum number of required players who were on the team's final roster which is six (6). Any captain who attends a Sectional Invitational without the minimum number of players able and eligible to participate may have a grievance filed against him or her which may result in suspension from league participation for the captain and/or any team members at fault as determined by the Section League Grievance Committee. This decision may be appealed to the ITA Section League Grievance Appeal Committee.
SHARED PLAYERS:
While players are permitted to play on more than one team ( as long as they are different NTRP Levels i.e. 6.0 and 7.0) NO ACCOMMODATIONS will be given with the schedule. Matches WILL NOT be held if the shared player has not finished their match in the other divisions. Teams are expected to have the minimum number of players required for this championship without counting on the shared player.
PLAYER ID CHECK:
Tournament staff may conduct random checks of player ID at time of check-in for matches. Be sure your players know to have ID with them at all times. If the player is without ID when asked for it he/she will be asked to provide it before they can be sent on the court.
