When making your flight arrangements please note the following: 

• Matches start at 8:00am each day with the facilities opening at 7:00am. 

• Please note that this year, due to anticipated high temperatures and the limited amount of indoor courts, the last round of matches on Friday and Saturday will go on at 6:00pm.  

• Due to the limited amount of indoor courts and based on the number of teams attending the Championship, there is a good chance that there may be Sunday morning play for some divisions. Matches on Sunday should be completed by 1:00pm.

•  Please be advised that the match schedule is subject to change at ANY time as deemed necessary by the Championship Committee. 

• We strongly recommend that you make your flight arrangements with the intention of participating throughout the entire weekend ( Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Weather or other delays may occur which could move matches originally scheduled for Friday or Saturday to Sunday. 

• Please DO NOT schedule an early morning flight home on Sunday. We recommend that you plan to leave after Noon on Sunday.
