The SGIS Pride Educators Group was delighted to host our first event since 2019 in person on the Zürich International School (ZIS) Middle School campus on Saturday, March 26th.
Huge thanks to our hosts, our speakers, workshop leaders and organisers, and the staff and students that attended and participated. These conferences would not be the joy that they are without you!

Pride Parade Zürich 2022
Join us in June 2022 for the Pride Parade! We designate a meeting spot and march together.
We open this invitation to all community members at our schools who want to march together. This is not a school sponsored event, so we make it clear that younger students should come with their parents.
«TRANS – VIELFALT LEBEN»
“Zum ersten Mal in der 27-jährigen Geschichte der Zurich Pride wird der Fokus auf die rechtliche Situation und die Herausforderungen von trans Menschen gelegt. Die trans Community hat einerseits gemeinsame Themen, andererseits ist sie genauso divers, wie andere Personengruppen. Ein wichtiges Ziel ist, dass trans Menschen diese Diversität in Zukunft ohne Einschränkungen und Ausgrenzung leben können. In der hierfür gegründeten Arbeitsgruppe arbeiten trans Menschen inhaltlich sehr intensiv mit. Für die Wahl des Mottos wurde zum ersten Mal auch die Community befragt. Die Arbeitsgruppe hat die fast 100 eingegangen Vorschläge rege diskutiert, deren Aussenwirkung reflektiert und daraus das Motto gewählt.”
