ISS offers student athletes various sports and events to compete in as individuals or as a member of a team. Most training sessions are after school and on the ISS campus (there are some exceptions). There are 3 seasons as detailed below and the programmes offer student athletes an opportunity develop and improve their skills and fitness in a competitive environment but at the same time offer them a chance to have fun and be social with other ISS Vikings.
ATHLETICS - is competitive programmes playing in local, national or international events.
SPORTS - are not competitive and are for fun and skill development or fitness
Usually from August to November for 10 weeks
The following are offered:

PS MS Girls Football (G5-G8). Train on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 15:30 - 17:00.
HS Girls Football (G9-G12). Train on Mondays and Fridays from 15:30 - 17:00. - Wednesday may be addeded if needed
PS MS Boys Football (G5-G8). Train on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 15:30 - 17:00.
HS Boys Football (G9-G12). Train on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 15:30 - 17:00.
MS HS Boys / Girls Cross Country (G6-G12). Train on Mondays and Wednesdays from 15:30 - 16:30.

Middle School Girls Basketball (G6-G8). Train on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 15:30 - 17:00.
High School Girls Basketball (G9-G12). Train on Mondays, Wednesdays from 15:30 - 17:00.
Middle School Boys Basketball (G6-G8). Train on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 15:30 - 17:00.
High School Boys Basketball (G9-G12). Train on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 15:30 - 17:00.
Primary, Middle and High School Boys / Girls Swimming (G4-G12). Train on Wednesdays and Fridays from 06:30 - 07:30.
Starts after Basketball season.
Middle School Badminton (G6-G8). Train on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 15:30 - 17:00.
High School Badminton (G9-G12). Train on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 15:30 - 17:00.
