I graduated from North Iredell High School. I then attended Appalachian State University and got my degree in Elementary Education. I got my Master's in Elementary Education from Gardner Webb University. I am working on my Master's of Library Science from Appalachian State University and should graduate in May 2023. 

I am married to my husband Andy and we have 3 kids. Levi is 10, Charlie is 8, and Nora is 6. We like to be outdoors and play sports. I like to read in my spare time and travel to the mountains and the beach!
