Have to complete a work order?

Be sure to include the following in the SUBJECT LINE of the work order:

• Issue

• School 

• Room number

• Name

• If it's for a student device, put student ID

Example: BROKEN SCREEN: Shepherd, Rm 123, Sally Joe, 123456789

In the message, include a brief description of the issue (unless it is obvious, like broken screen or won't connect to internet). Also, please include your name if it is for student.
