Hey Panthers,

You all did fantastic finishing up the year virtual last year. I decided this year I would keep my website for you to use if you are at home learning virtually and I'm also going to try and add some other stuff as well. Let me take this time to stress that these are optional!! They are not to overwhelm anybody. I know we do not need that, so just do what you can. If it's rainy or you just want a change of pace.

I also just wanted to make sure to keep emphasizing that with the workouts that you are doing as K-2 students are workouts for 30 seconds with a 30 second break, if you want to push it you can do 45. Older students grades 3-5 can go for a minute and have a 30 second break. Some of the workouts have a built in timer so they will do the breaks for you. If you have a Just Dance game that's a great workout as well!

Just a little FYI, in class we have been working on the cosmic kids yoga for K-2 & sworkit for 3-5 for about 10 minutes.
