My Purpose
To assist students with determining career goals and identifying community college programs that help students achieve these goals. I will strengthen the community partnership between Mitchell Community College, Iredell-Statesville Schools, and local industry while preparing our students for local, high-paying, in-demand careers.

SPRING 2026
Accepting current Junior & Senior applications ONLY:
Turn in your application by TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30th for guaranteed processing in order to register for Spring 26
Applications received between Wednesday, October 1st and Friday, November 14th will be submitted, but we cannot guarantee that your application will be processed in time for Spring 26 registration. All applications received AFTER November 14th will be processed for Summer 26.
SPRING 26 Registration Opens: Monday, November 3rd for Seniors and Tuesday, November 4th for all other CCP students.

About me
My first career was with the Coca Cola Company and gained experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, sales, and leadership. I was with Coke for 12 years and worked in North Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, and New York.
My second career is in education. I have been a middle school science teacher, a chemistry teacher (Statesville High), an assistant principal, and a career coach.
This is a great lesson! Career pathways are flexible and often change as you live your life. Together, we will discover your passion and set goals for your pathway!
