Hosting your own webinar presentation:
ISQOLS welcomes accepted authors for the 2020 conference to host their own webinar presentation of their research. ISQOLS will handle advertisement and registrations, however, the author will be responsible for "hosting" the webinar on a valid platform (e.g., Zoom.us, GoToMeeting). The author/presenter will also need to record the webinar and send a complete recorded file to office@isqols.org for the purpose of sharing the presentation on the ISQOLS conference exchange website. Acceptable formats include: 3GPP, AVI, FLV, MOV, MPEG4, MPEGPS, WebM and WMV. MPEG4 commonly uses the . mp4 file extension. Recommended length of webinar (including Q&A) is 30 minutes. Presenters may choose any date between July 20th-December 1, 2020.
Please note that completing the form form below does not automatically confirm your webinar. The time/dates will be confirmed by the ISQOLS Executive Director (Jill Johnson), who will contact you via email to confirm the time and details for your event. Once confirmed, the webinar will be posted on the ISQOLS website and made public for registrations. ISQOLS does not guarantee registrations. We will advertise on our website, newsletters, and social media. If you do not have any registrations, you may still host your webinar at your confirmed time and record your presentation.
