1. Insight PA’s Senior Prom is intended to be a welcoming and inclusive event where our students can be their authentic selves in a safe environment. 

2. Students and guests are expected to abide by any COVID-19 protocols that are in place at the time of the prom.

3. Each Insight PA senior is invited to bring one guest.

4. Guests should be between the ages of 16 and 20. Individual exceptions may be made to accommodate Insight PA students over the age of 20 or students with medical needs. Contact HS Principal Megan Miller (memiller@insightpa.org) to request approval to bring an older guest if either of these apply to you.

5. Guests must provide a completed Prom Guest Permission Form prior to the event and show identification (school ID or state-issued ID) when they arrive at the event.

6. Once students and guests enter the prom venue, they will not be permitted to leave until the conclusion of the prom at 10:00pm without the approval of an Insight PA staff member AND the student’s parent/guardian.

7. The following items are prohibited: backpacks, beverage containers other than sealed water bottles, vaping devices, tobacco products, alcohol, drugs, and weapons of any kind. Any students or guests found to be in possession of or using any vaping devices, tobacco products, alcohol, or drugs will be removed from the event immediately.

8. Prom is a formal event. Students and their guest are expected to wear appropriate formal event attire. Students should contact HS Principal Megan Miller (memiller@insightpa.org) if they have questions about formal event attire.

9. All students who want to attend the prom must RSVP ahead of time by completing our Insight PA Class of 2024 Prom Survey by May 17, 2024.
