Course Description
Are you ready for an amazing three-day trip that will help you improve your physical and mental health? Join us as we explore a variety of fitness programmes and activities that are designed to help you achieve your personal wellness goals. During this trip, we will be spending three days in the professional gym - Form Factory.
You'll learn how to use a gym correctly and participate in a range of activities, including weight lifting, aerobic classes, cycling, TRX, core training, cross fit, dance, stretching, yoga and more! Plus, we'll introduce you to the exciting sport of golf.
But that's not all! We will also teach you about healthy eating and nutrition with a fun and informative cooking session. Our aim is to help you focus on your personal well-being, so you can take these skills and knowledge with you into your future lives.
Not only will you have a blast trying out new fitness activities, but you'll also be learning important skills that will help you think critically, work cooperatively, and communicate effectively. Join us on this life-changing trip and start your journey towards a healthier and happier you!
