Learning Goals
The learning goals of the Tamjdem trip would include developing a better understanding of the non-profit sector in the Czech Republic and the role of Tamjdem in supporting volunteerism and civil society. Students would also gain practical experience in project management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation of volunteer activities. They would learn about leadership, group dynamics, and division of roles within a team. The trip would offer opportunities for students to reflect on their personal experiences with volunteering and identify areas for growth and improvement. Additionally, students would gain skills in collecting PR materials and providing feedback and evaluation. The overarching goal of the trip would be to inspire students to become active participants in society and contribute to positive social and cultural development.
