If you have difficulty logging in:
Make sure you are using the same username and password that you use for the myISP Parent Portal. You may want to log out of the portal and back in just to make sure.
Contact our IT Helpesk (helpdesk@isp.cz). Please include your name and the name of at least one of your children so we can identify your account.
To log in to the app:
At the "Sign in to your account" screen, click on "Email/phone number"
Enter your email address. This MUST be the same email address you use in myISP.
You will be sent a one-time password (OTP) to your email address. Copy this code and paste it into the app.
You are now permanently logged in to the Toddle Family App!
