Isolation Help Bexley (IHB) are a group of volunteers from across the Borough of Bexley, working together to ensure that Elderly and Vulnerable members of our communities feel that they will always have somebody to turn to at this time of crisis. Whether delivering a toilet roll, collecting a prescription or simply making a phone call, we will strive to be that good neighbour and embrace that good old fashioned British community spirit.

Collaborating with partners at Bexley Voluntary Service Council (BVCS) and Howbury Friends Food Bank, IHB are committed to ensuring that NOBODY self isolating in Bexley feels isolated.
