• Books and Devices: All required books, iPads, and MacBooks are provided by the school. 

• Backpacks: Returning students may continue to use their existing ISM backpacks. New students are required to purchase an official ISM backpack from Chat-Malo.

• Uniform: Wearing the official school uniform is mandatory for all students.

• Forms: This summer we will be updating our Parent Portal system “Engage”. In late August, parents will be receiving their individual log-in credentials, along with detailed instructions on how to update/input parent and emergency contact information, as well as uploading the necessary start of school documents and forms. A list of the required forms can be found under your child’s section below. Please start reviewing these forms so you have everything prepared to enter once you receive access to Engage.

• Extra-Curricular Activities (ECAs): ECAs will begin on Monday, 11th September 2026. Full details - including club descriptions, an activity overview, and the registration link for parental sign-up - will be shared beforehand.

• Timetables: Class timetables will be uploaded to Engage and made available during the week before school starts. Homeroom teachers will also distribute them in both digital and printed formats.

• Learning Platform "Toddle", our virtual learning environment. Toddle provides parents with direct access to the curriculum as well as regular updates and feedback on student progress.

• School Certificate: If needed, a school certificate can be issued upon request at the start of the school year.

• School Communication - PRISM Newsletter: As members of the ISM community, parents will receive our weekly digital newsletter, PRISM. It includes important updates, including a Heads Up - a dedicated section from the School Heads sharing key information about your child’s school life. The first edition will be sent on Friday, 11th September 2026.
