Partner Tutors

We work closely with Caerphilly Music Service and Cardiff and Vale Music Service to provide additional lessons with specialists for pupils who wish to further their performing skills. All tutors tailor their lessons to the individuals, and the vast majority of pupils also choose to follow the music industry professional standards in performance, and take the graded exams.

Grades

The recognised professional standards are Grades 1-8 in all disciplines. There are 3 main exam boards:

ABRSM (Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music): Instrumental, Vocal, Theory - for Classical and Musical Theatre

Trinity Guildhall for the Instrumental, Vocal, Theory - for Classical and Musical Theatre

Trinity Rock and Pop for the Rock Musicians

Rockschool for the Rock/Pop Musicians and Producers
