On this page, I will demonstrate how I chose the SDG and topic that I focus on.
This page also shows how I found and recorded my information.
My SDG is Sustainable Cities and Communities it is about of how we need to upgrade cities to make them more safe, resilient, sustainable and eco friendliness for the people and the environment.
I chose this goal because I was born in Mumbai which is a place known for bad living conditions and not being eco friendly at all.
This goal is related with others such as Climate Action, Affordable and Clean Energy, No Poverty etc. Due to pollution and poor money for cities.
In this subject I chose how poverty is affecting cities. I feel this is essential to see why and how poverty is creating this massive effect but also to people who are in poverty and dont have a home.
If you'd like to help this ongoing goal you can donate your money to these trusted charities for example Habitat for Humanity, FCH and 1mission.
Understanding the poverty and how it is affecting cities around the world helps us to develop more sustainable ways to make cities better.

Reflection
Getting to know my Strengths and Weaknesses will help me to become a greater learner.
Here is a sample of my research notes.
These are some of the most important resources I used to find out about my topic:
During the PYPx, I need to ask many people for help. I learned to write clear and professional emails. Here is a draft of my first message I sent to my mentor.
