My action was checking my carbon footprint by eating different varieties of food at dinner for a week. I ate five different diets. These diets were: Red Meat, Pork and Poultry, Fish and Seafood, Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian, and Vegan.
I did this with my family of four. I think that it helped me understand more about how we can have a lower carbon footprint as a family, and will show the community what they can do in their own homes.
