On this page, I will demonstrate how I chose the SDG and topic that I focus on.
This page also shows how I found and recorded my information.
My SDG is number 6 clean water and sanitation specifically the very small amount of clean water in African countries
I chose this SDG because I feel that it is only right to have good drinking water inside 500 meters and a lot of the kids in Africa have to walk 3 to 5 miles every day, before school. That is NOT right. I also think this specific target is connected to no poverty and zero hunger. They all go together because you need clean water to survive.
That is why I think that this SDG is very important and I will be donating to charities too along the way.

These are some of the most important resources I used to find out about my topic:
During the PYPx, I need to ask many people for help. I learned to write clear and professional emails. Here is a draft of my first message I sent to my mentor.
This is my self-assessment, showing how I became a more powerful researcher during the PYPx.
