I interviewed Justin Lessard, i set up the interview by sending emails and using a google meet. my interviwee was a good fit because they work at a company that makes rules for sports and decides who win in the competition. they also had experienceand knew alot about gender inequality in sports.

Why does the pay gap in sports exist?
The main reason that the pay gap exist is because most sport decision makers are men and they believe that women are physically weaker than men so they get less money if they win.
what do you do for your job in world aquatics
world aquatics is the company that makes all the rules in water games, decides winners and can go to all the water matches to make decisions
why are mens sports most viewed
the reason is because most men football or basketball clubs give money so that brands ca include tham in they commercials and that gets more people to hear about their games and victorys
