Mon ODD et sur l'égalité entre les sexes ou plus specifique l'égalité entre le salaire des femmes et hommes.
Mon ODD est connecté avec le numero 4 ( éducation de qualité) parce que pas toutes les femmes n'avaient acces à l'éducation de qualité. Je crois que cest aussi conecter avec 8 parce que ca parle aussi de la qualiter de travaille et le numero 10 pour avoir plus d'egaliter.

I Understand that women are currently underrated where people are judjeing them and thinking that they cant do as much than just have children.
The Cause is that the spotlight is mostly on men where men get more attention than women.
The Solution could be to give women more chances and put the spotlight on them and see what they could do.
