HOMEWORK

Wednesday 10/21- We finished reading chapter 6 in The Outsiders and completed the chapter 6 study questions in class. The chapters 5 and 6 Outsiders quiz will be tomorrow (Thrs). Please review your study questions.  

Monday 10/19- We finished chapter 5 in The Outsiders today and answered the rest of the chapter 5 study questions (5 and 6 study packet). We will have a quiz on chapters 5 and 6 of The Outsiders on Thursday. 

Wednesday 10/14- Be sure to complete the Bob's Death Explanation/Example activity. Have it completed by the start of class tomorrow. 

NoRedInk is due Friday. 

Tuesday 10/13 Character report cards should be completed and turned in tonight. NoRedInk Commonly Confused Words 1 assignment is due on Friday. There are 4 sections.  

Monday 10/5- Make sure your soc/greaser chart is completed by tomorrow.

IMPORTANT: If you were out last week, or missed any reading, make sure you caught up on all reading. We have read through the end of chapter 3 in The Outsiders. It is your responsibility to keep up with all the reading. 

Thursday 10-1 NoRedInk Identifying Nouns activity is due tomorrow. You can access the assignment through the Google Classroom or the NoRedInk app.  

Monday 9/28-There will be a quiz on chapters 1-2 of The Outsiders on Thursday. Be sure to look over the study questions for both chapters as well as your character chart. You must let me know if you would like extra help before the quiz. 

Thursday 9/17- If you did not complete the Trip Back to the 1960's activity in class, please be sure to complete it tonight and turn it in. 

Wednesday 9/16- Be sure to complete your NoRedInk diagnostic by Friday. We worked on the Labor Day Achieve3000 article in class. If you were out, please make sure you complete the MC for that article and the worksheet in the Google Classroom. 

Tuesday 9/15- "Low Cuts" RACE paragraph must be turned in no later than 11:59 tomorrow. Please read over all the requirements carefully. 

Tuesday 9/8- We worked on a vocabulary activity for the short story "The Low Cuts Strike Again". If you did not complete the acticvity in class, please complete it for HW. It should be turned in at the start of class tomorrow. If you were absent today, make sure you get a worksheet when you return.
