School Procedures and Ongoing Announcements
For the 2025-2026 school year, all students will be expected to have a hall pass whenever leaving the classroom.
All students using the bathroom must check-in with the hall monitor stationed outside the bathroom. The hall monitor will sign you in. Only two students will be permitted to enter the bathroom at a time. Students may not use the bathrooms in between classes until after they get permission from the teacher of the class they are going to. Please be reminded that phones are not to be used in the bathroom or at any time in the building during the day.
Please be reminded that phones may not be used during the school day. From the moment our students enter our school building until the moment they exit our school, we will expect that all phones, smart watches, and personal electronic devices are "Powered Down and Put Away." This year, we will require that our students store their cellphones, smart phones, and other internet-enabled devices in their lockers from the start of our school day-dismissal at 2:34 PM.
Reminder: There is no cutting through the gym and the only doors Physical Education students may use are those closest to the locker rooms.
Items delivered to security for students will be on the table in the lobby. You will only be called down for Chromebooks or glasses. Please check the lobby in between your classes or on your way to lunch if you are waiting for an item from your parent/guardian.
We are excited to tell you that we have officially opened our Bulldogs Boutique at ITMMS. This small boutique offers dresses, gowns, shoes and accessories for girls, and ties, dress shirts, pants and jackets for boys. These items are clean, like new, and are being offered to Island Trees students who would like to borrow items for special events. Please come to the Main Office if you'd like to shop.
All students going to Stokes after school for sports must take the shuttle bus.

Energy drinks and coffee drinks are not permitted
