Today's Clubs and Meetings
We will have a special guest in the library on Friday. YA librarian, Mr. Taylor, will take over a table in the HS library during the lunch periods to share volunteer opportunities, upcoming events at the public library, and GIVE WAY FREE BOOKS!
Sports Announcements and Highlights
The Girls Varsity basketball team won their home opener last night in the Dan Haggerty Memorial Classic beating Great Neck South 49-35. Leading all scores was Liv Carbonaro with 24 points. Freshman guards Juliana Foschino and Ellie Schmidt both contributed 5 points and played great defense. The girls will take on Roslyn in the championship game at 7:00 tonight. There will be plenty of raffles, a 50/50, and food and apparel for sale. Please consider coming down and cheering the girl on all while supporting a great cause.
Upcoming Announcements and Meetings
Culture Club will be having a meeting on Monday, December 8th right after school in room 234. We will be making Christmas ornaments and discussing our upcoming bake sale. Come join us!
This is a reminder for all Spanish and French students applying for the World Language Honor Society. All applications and teacher recommendation forms are due by the end of the day on Monday. Please see Ms. Martinez or Mrs. Klein with any questions.
There will be a student council meeting Monday after school in room 232. We will discuss our upcoming field trip to Ronald McDonald house. We will also discuss battle of the classes events and t-shirt design. Please bring your ideas to the meeting.

The Key Club will be having a meeting after school on Monday Dec 8th in the little theater. All members should attend.
Attention all members of the Fishing Club...we will be having an important meeting Monday after school in room 146. Please see Mr. Aristy if you can not attend.
School Procedures
Students with Chromebook issues can visit the technology office located in the back of the library. Please remember that cell phone use is prohibited during the school day. To report any type of absence, lateness or to request an early dismissal, call the Attendance Office directly at 516-520-2142.
