What are the measures to take when you lose your ID card?
When you lost your ID card, immediately, file in a report here.
When the report is received, all functional usage of your ID card will be blocked, this includes purchases with PantherPay and campus access. This is a security measure taken by ISKL to ensure that your ID card will not be used by any individual other than yourself.
An email notification will be sent to you, giving you 3 days to look for your card.
If in 3 days your card is not found, you are to report it missing to our email.
Next, you will have to pay a fine of RM25 to get a new ID card at the Finance Office.
In 2-3 working days, your new ID card will be ready to be collected.
