11:35-18:05 Visiting teams arrival time in Helsinki, meet ISH event crew members upon arrival and bus transportation to the hotel

7:45  Coaches breakfast briefing at the hotel 

8:30  Event crew pick-up from the hotel lobby and walk to the tournament venue

8:45 ISH team drop-off time at the tournament venue

9:00  Opening ceremonies and inspirational speaker actor Kai Bäckström in the conference room

9:25 Tournament instructions for Day 1 in the conference room 

9:30-9:50 Team briefings in the 3 side rooms 

9:50/10:00-15:20 Speech & Debate Tournament Day 1  

> Lunch at ISH in two rotations; non-debaters 11:10-11:35 and debaters 12:10-12:35

15:20-15:50  Brain break and walk to ISH

16:00-19:10 Speech & Debate Tournament Day 1 continues at ISH 

17:00-18:30 Salad bar in the Cafeteria 

19:10  Visiting teams return back to the hotel and no official evening program (ISH team pick-up time)

22:00  CEESA Curfew time

8:45-9:30 Visiting  walk to ISH, depending on the tournament schedule 

9:15  Speech & Debate Tournament Day 2 begins with make-up round for OI/OO

9:30 Coaches briefing and students gather in the Cafeteria (ISH students drop-off time) 

10:10-11:10  Duet Acting & Impromptu round 3 

11:15-12:15 Debate Semi-Finals 

12:15-12:45 Lunch in the Cafeteria 

12:45-13:20 Brain break outdoors

13:30-17:30  Speech & Debate Tournament Finals in the Cafeteria 

> Families are welcome to watch & PTO Bakesale in the lobby

• 14:15 Oral Interpretation Final 

• 15:00 Impromptu Final 

• 15:45 Duet Acting Final 

• 16:30 Debate Final

17:30  Awards Ceremony in the Cafeteria & Goodbyes
