Hong Kong: November & January
Korea: Check your priority status
Australia: September 2025
Canada: Check University websites
US: (Early Decision/Early Action) November 1st
(Regular Decisions) January (ish)
University of California System: November 30th
European: Depending on country check university website
Internal ISHCMC Deadlines: At least 2 weeks before University Deadline
Internal ISHCMC Deadlines: At least 2 weeks before University Deadline
Remember that the internal deadline is always 2 weeks before your actual deadline.
Example #1: Your application deadline is January 1:
Letters of recommendation need to be completed and submitted to the counseling office 2 weeks before we leave for Winter Break: December 3
If you would like your personal statement or essay to be read by counselors: December 3
Example #2: Your application deadline is October 15:
Letters of recommendation need to be completed and submitted to the counseling office 2 weeks before: October 1st
If you would like your personal statement or essay to be read by counselors: October 1st
